To remove the Report Phishing and Report Junk buttons from all users in Outlook please find below settings,
• This is the native button in New Outlook and Outlook on the Web.
• To disable it:
1. Go to Microsoft 365 Defender portal: https://security.microsoft.com
2. Navigate: Settings → Email & collaboration → User reported settings
3. Under Report button settings, select: Use a non-Microsoft add-in button or Disable reporting.
Save changes
Report Message / Report Phishing Add-ins,
If these buttons are from Microsoft add-ins:
Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com
Navigate:
Settings → Integrated apps
Locate Report Message or Report Phishing add-ins.
Click Remove app.
Note –You cannot selectively remove only “Report Phishing” while keeping “Report Junk
